Ngaben Asti Wedana Sunting
Asti Wedana is a cremation ceremony that involves the remains of a body that has been buried. This ceremony is accompanied by a ngagah ceremony, which is a ceremony to dig back the grave of the person concerned and then treat the remaining bones. This is done according to local village traditions and rules, for example there are certain ceremonies where villagers are not permitted to carry out death ceremonies and wedding ceremonies so the bodies will be buried in the local grave called the Makingsan ring Pertiwi (entrust the Motherland).
